| I am a first year teacher here at ACC, but I am far from inexperienced. I attended Bethel University where I obtained my bachelor’s degrees in both Elementary Education as well as History. I have a passion and love for helping, inspiring, teaching, and learning. Through my Elementary Education major I obtained over 300 service hours in school settings through various practicum placements and student teaching. With my history major, I developed critical thinking skills, cultural awareness, and overall just learned more about our world. I chose to work at ACC due to the mission and vision that it stands for. Their emphasis on cultural awareness and values, holistic learning, and family support is one of the main things that drew me to them. I am so proud and excited to be a part of the familia here at ACC. |
