| I am one of the 2nd grade teachers at ACC. I graduated from Luther College with a major in Elementary Education, minor in Spanish, and endorsements in ESL and Reading. This is my first year at ACC and my first year teaching! I chose to work at ACC because I believe that I will learn so much from my scholars and their families. Also, I really connected with the mission and core values of the school. The part of ACC’s mission that inspires me most is creating and maintaining the environment of familia between the school, scholars, and the community. I am so happy to be a part of the ACC familia and am very excited for this year!
Soy una de las maestras de 2º grado de ACC. Me gradué en el Colegio Luther con una especialización en Educación Primaria, una especialización en Español, y con un certificado en ESL y Lectura. ¡Este es mi primer año en ACC y mi primer año de enseñanza! Elegí trabajar en la ACC porque creo que aprenderé mucho de mis alumnos y sus familias. Además, realmente me conecté con la misión y los valores centrales de la escuela. La parte de la misión de ACC que más me inspira es crear y mantener el ambiente familiar entre la escuela, los estudiantes y la comunidad. Estoy muy feliz de ser parte de la familia de ACC y estoy muy emocionada por este año! |
