Academia Cesar Chavez (ACC) is a free, public charter school that does not require admission tests, no specific academic requirements for applying, and no tuition. Admission is open to all students who reside in Minnesota. ACC accepts enrollment applications in all grades, however, not all grades may have openings.

For Pre-kindergarten, your child MUST be 4 years of age before September 1, of the school year you are applying for.

For Kindergarten, your child MUST be 5 years of age before September 1, for the school year you are applying for.
